Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

When I was 7 years old, I followed my mom to live in Vietnam for a year. She had work there so I went there with her and attended an international school there. Growing up I got the chance to experience all three types of schools, international, private and even public school. I’ve gotta say the best experience I had was in international school in Hanoi, Vietnam. They really focused on the development of the students academically and personality wise. So after a year, I returned to Malaysia but I still made a trip to Hanoi and a number of trips to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I love this city. Food is good, always something new to experience, shopping is great, the tailors are awesome and eficient there and coffee is amazing!

In front of the hotel we stayed in, Hotel Nikko. Other times we have also tried Caravelle Hotel. Both are great. Although Nikko Hotel is a little further and you need a taxi to go around.
In Ben Thanh Market. Where you can find the best tailors to make your dress, traditional / national outfits and suits!
Getting our Pedicure done.
Awesome fresh coconut!
Fried Vietnamese Spring Rolls with Prawn!
Always in search for the best beef Pho in town but this one was really good at Pho 2000.
We wouldnt fail to visit L’usine a really nice cafe with great food and desserts. This is my favorite, lamb sandwich.
